We produce samples before mass production, mass production will be arranged & proceeded only after samples approved. We do 100% inspection during production, also do sampling inspection/random inspection before packing. After packing, we'll take photos to record.
6. Do you offer after-sale services? If any quality problem occur, how should i disclaim it?
Yes, 24h-response after-sale services. If any breakage or defect products were found, please take pictures from the original carton, and all claims should be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to container ETA.
